Personalized Ayurvedic Health Consulting

Health Conditions Addressed

Over the past three decades, Khabir has conducted thousands of consultations and has addressed all of the health conditions listed below hundreds of times.

Khabir combines extensive experience with the depth and sophistication of Ayurveda to determine the most appropriate combination of diet, herbs, lifestyle changes, home remedies, and other recommendations—even in complex cases.

Select a health condition below for details about Khabir’s approach.

Khabir uses his knowledge of Ayurveda and years of experience to address acid reflux (GERD), heartburn, indigestion, gastritis, stomach ulcers, sour stomach, excessive stomach acid, and related digestive symptoms. Because these problems can come from different causes and digestive patterns, the underlying imbalance and contributing factors should be identified first.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, burning, sourness, reflux, nausea, and irritation are commonly associated with excess digestive heat and Pitta imbalance, although Vata or Kapha may also be involved. Treatment focuses strongly on diet, eating habits, meal timing, digestion (Agni), food combinations, and reducing foods or habits that repeatedly aggravate the stomach.

Depending on the severity and pattern, Khabir may recommend a targeted Ayurvedic formula, herbal tea, or a combination of both, along with traditional home remedies when appropriate. More persistent cases may also require additional digestive, liver, or elimination support.

The goal is to reduce reflux, burning, irritation, and indigestion while correcting the digestive factors that allow acidity to keep returning.

Acid reflux (GERD), heartburn, indigestion, gastritis, stomach ulcers, sour stomach, and excessive stomach acid.

Khabir uses his knowledge of Ayurveda and years of experience to address acne, pimples, blackheads, whiteheads, clogged pores, oily skin, and recurring breakouts. Because acne can have several different causes, the underlying cause and contributing factors should be identified first before deciding on the most appropriate treatment.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, acne is often associated with excess heat and Pitta imbalance, but digestion (Agni), elimination, diet, stress, hormonal changes, liver congestion, and skin-care products may also contribute. Treatment is individualized and may include dietary changes, improving digestion and elimination, reducing foods that aggravate heat or inflammation, and appropriate home remedies for the skin.

Depending on the pattern and severity, Khabir may recommend an Ayurvedic herbal formula, a skin or detox tea, or a combination of both. Hormonal acne may require additional female hormonal support, while other cases may need liver, digestive, or elimination support.

Khabir may also recommend specific soaps, cleansers, topical products, or other items available online that he has found useful through experience, including products he does not sell himself. The goal is to calm active breakouts while addressing the internal and external factors that allow acne to keep recurring.

Acne, pimples, blackheads, whiteheads, clogged pores, oily skin, and recurring breakouts.

Khabir uses his knowledge of Ayurveda and years of experience to address skin allergies, food sensitivities, seasonal allergies, sinus and respiratory allergies, and reactions to pollen, dust, mold, and other environmental triggers. Because allergies can arise from different causes, the main triggers and underlying pattern should be identified first.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, allergies may involve weak digestion (Agni), accumulated toxins (Ama), excess Pitta heat, Kapha congestion, Vata sensitivity, stress, or poor elimination. The treatment is individualized according to the type of reaction and the systems involved rather than treating every allergy the same way.

Treatment may include removing or reducing known triggers, correcting diet, strengthening digestion, improving elimination, and calming the specific allergic response. Depending on the pattern, Khabir may recommend a targeted Ayurvedic formula, an herbal tea, or several products when skin, respiratory, digestive, liver, or immune support is also needed.

For skin or respiratory allergies, Khabir may also recommend appropriate home remedies, topical products, nutritional supplements, or outside products he has found useful, including products he does not sell. The goal is to reduce active allergy symptoms while addressing the digestive, immune, dietary, and environmental factors that keep the reactions recurring.

Skin, food, seasonal, sinus, respiratory, mold, pollen, dust, and environmental allergies.

Khabir uses his knowledge of Ayurveda and years of experience to address anxiety, chronic stress, excessive worry, nervous tension, irritability, anger, mood swings, and difficulty relaxing. Because these symptoms can arise from different emotional, physical, and lifestyle factors, the main aggravating causes and underlying pattern should be identified first.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, anxiety and mental restlessness are commonly associated with Vata imbalance, while irritability, anger, and emotional intensity may involve Pitta. Poor sleep, excessive coffee or other stimulants, irregular meals, overwork, digestive weakness, unresolved stress, and exhaustion can all keep the nervous system overstimulated.

Treatment focuses on calming and rebuilding the nervous system while removing the factors that continually aggravate it. Khabir may recommend reducing stimulants, improving sleep and daily routine, dietary changes, breathing or relaxation practices, and established Ayurvedic herbs traditionally used for stress and nervous-system balance.

Depending on the individual pattern, treatment may include an Ayurvedic herbal formula, a calming or stress-relief tea, or additional support for sleep, digestion, fatigue, or emotional strain. Nutritional supplements or other products Khabir does not sell may also be recommended when appropriate.

Anxiety, chronic stress, worry, nervous tension, irritability, anger, mood swings, and difficulty relaxing.

Khabir uses his knowledge of Ayurveda and years of experience to address low bone density, weak bones, brittle nails, hair thinning, hair loss, and related structural weakness. Because these problems can develop from several causes, the underlying nutritional, digestive, hormonal, and age-related factors should be identified first.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, these concerns are often associated with depletion of the deeper tissues, weak digestion (Agni), poor mineral assimilation, and Vata imbalance. Treatment therefore focuses heavily on mineral-rich nutrition, improving digestion and absorption, correcting deficiencies, and rebuilding the tissues gradually rather than relying on one isolated supplement.

Khabir may recommend personalized dietary changes, mineral and nutritional supplementation, Ayurvedic herbal formulas, mineral-rich teas, medicated preparations, and other supportive products according to the individual case. When appropriate, he may also recommend calcium, magnesium, trace minerals, vitamin D, or other products he does not sell.

Because bone and tissue rebuilding takes time, the goal is to improve mineral absorption and nourishment over the long term while supporting stronger bones, healthier hair and nails, and better structural strength as the body rebuilds.

Low bone density, weak bones, brittle nails, hair thinning, hair loss, and related joint weakness.

Khabir uses his knowledge of Ayurveda and years of experience to address high blood pressure, high cholesterol and triglycerides, poor circulation, heart palpitations, a racing heartbeat, cold hands and feet, and weak vein or circulatory function. Because cardiovascular concerns can develop from several different causes, the main contributing factors should be identified first, including diet, weight, stress, activity level, digestion, circulation, fluid retention, and other health conditions.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, cardiovascular problems may involve weak digestion (Agni), accumulated toxins (Ama), poor fat metabolism, inflammation, stress, weak circulation, or imbalances involving Vata, Pitta, or Kapha. Treatment often places strong emphasis on dietary correction, weight management when needed, reducing excess salt, unhealthy fats and processed foods, regular movement, stress reduction, and improving digestion and elimination.

Herbal treatment is selected according to the individual cardiovascular pattern. Khabir may recommend one or more targeted Ayurvedic formulas and herbal teas for blood pressure, cholesterol, circulation, palpitations, fluid retention, or related metabolic concerns. When appropriate, he may also recommend magnesium, nutritional supplements, or other outside products he does not sell.

The goal is to improve the factors contributing to unhealthy blood pressure and cholesterol, strengthen circulation, and reduce symptoms such as palpitations or poor peripheral blood flow while working alongside appropriate medical monitoring. High blood pressure and significant rhythm symptoms should continue to be medically evaluated and monitored.

High blood pressure, high cholesterol and triglycerides, poor circulation, palpitations, racing heartbeat, and weak vein function

Khabir uses his knowledge of Ayurveda and years of experience to address constipation, chronic diarrhea, IBS, colitis, hemorrhoids, inflamed or irritated colon, gas, bloating, abdominal discomfort, and irregular bowel movements. Because colon problems can arise from very different causes, the underlying digestive pattern and contributing factors should be identified first.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, colon disorders may involve weak digestion (Agni), accumulated toxins (Ama), Vata irregularity and dryness, Pitta heat and inflammation, or Kapha heaviness and mucus. The treatment therefore looks beyond the colon itself and may also consider the small intestine, liver, gallbladder, diet, digestion, and elimination.

Because IBS, chronic diarrhea, constipation, inflammation, and hemorrhoids can require very different treatment, Khabir adjusts the approach according to the individual pattern. Treatment may involve specific dietary changes, better eating habits, improving digestion, restoring regular elimination, reducing aggravating foods, and calming irritation or inflammation. More persistent cases may require several Ayurvedic formulas and supplemental teas used in stages, while minor gas, bloating, or occasional constipation may sometimes be addressed with a simpler herbal tea or digestive remedy.

Depending on the individual case, Khabir may also recommend home remedies, dietary oils such as ghee, digestive practices, nutritional supplements, or other products he does not sell. The goal is to improve bowel regularity and comfort while correcting the digestive and elimination patterns contributing to recurring or chronic colon problems.

Constipation, chronic diarrhea, IBS, colitis, hemorrhoids, inflamed colon, gas, bloating, and irregular elimination.

Khabir uses his knowledge of Ayurveda and years of experience to address low mood, lethargy, mild depression, lack of motivation, emotional heaviness, mental fatigue, and related changes in sleep or concentration. Because these symptoms may come from emotional stress, nutritional deficiencies, poor sleep, digestive problems, hormonal changes, or other factors, the main causes and contributing patterns should be identified first.

Ayurveda has several well-established herbs and traditional formulas for nourishing the nervous system, supporting mental clarity, calming Vata, reducing Kapha-type heaviness, and improving emotional resilience. Depending on the individual pattern, Khabir may recommend a targeted Ayurvedic formula, medicated ghee, or herbal tea, rather than using the same combination for everyone.

Treatment may also include a personalized diet, improving sleep and daily routine, gentle activity, stress-management practices, and nutritional supplementation when deficiencies are suspected. Khabir may recommend nutrients such as magnesium, B vitamins, or other supplements he does not sell when appropriate.

The goal is to improve energy, motivation, mental clarity, and emotional steadiness while addressing the nutritional, lifestyle, digestive, and Ayurvedic factors contributing to the low mood.

Depending on the individual case, Khabir may also recommend home remedies, dietary oils such as ghee, digestive practices, supplements, or other products he does not sell. The goal is to improve bowel regularity and comfort while addressing the digestive imbalances contributing to recurring or chronic colon problems.

Low mood, lethargy, sadness, lack of motivation, mood fluctuations, mental fatigue, and difficulty concentrating.

Khabir uses his knowledge of Ayurveda and years of experience to address chronic fatigue, low energy, poor stamina, adrenal exhaustion, mental fatigue, and fatigue related to nutritional or digestive weakness. Because fatigue is a symptom rather than one single condition, the underlying causes should be identified first, including sleep quality, prolonged stress, digestion, diet, nutrient deficiencies, hormonal changes, liver function, and overall depletion.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, persistent fatigue often develops when Agni (digestive fire) becomes weak, Ama accumulates, and Ojas—the body’s deeper reserve of strength and vitality—becomes depleted. Different people may show Vata-type exhaustion, Pitta burnout, Kapha heaviness, or a combination, so treatment has to match the individual pattern.

Khabir’s approach may include a personalized strengthening diet, digestive and liver support, better sleep and daily routine, stress reduction, and targeted Ayurvedic rejuvenating herbs. Depending on the case, he may use one or several herbal formulas, medicated ghee, and supportive teas for energy, mental clarity, nervous-system nourishment, or emotional fatigue.

When nutritional depletion appears to be part of the problem, Khabir may also recommend specific nutritional supplements he does not sell, such as minerals, B vitamins, or other nutrients appropriate to the individual. The goal is to rebuild sustained energy rather than simply relying on caffeine or other short-term stimulants.

Chronic fatigue, low energy, adrenal exhaustion, nutritional deficiencies, poor stamina, and mental fatigue.

Khabir uses his knowledge of Ayurveda and years of experience to address tension headaches, migraines, sinus-related headaches, heat or light-sensitive headaches, sharp frontal pain, and recurring headache patterns. Because headaches can come from very different causes, the type of headache, location of pain, triggers, digestion, sinus involvement, stress, circulation, and other contributing factors should be identified first.

Ayurveda distinguishes headache patterns according to the doshas: Vata-type headaches may be sharp, throbbing, dry, or stress-related; Pitta-type headaches are often intense, hot, inflammatory, or sensitive to light and heat; and Kapha-type headaches tend to feel heavy, congested, or associated with sinus pressure and mucus. Identifying the pattern allows Khabir to select a more precise treatment rather than treating every headache the same way.

Treatment may include fast-acting herbal formulas for immediate headache relief together with a longer-term approach to reduce recurrence. Depending on the pattern, Khabir may recommend one or more targeted Ayurvedic formulas and a supportive tea, along with dietary changes, digestive or liver support, stress reduction, improved circulation, and traditional practices such as oil massage or cooling the head while warming the feet.

The goal is to relieve the headache, reduce how often it returns, and address the underlying imbalance or trigger responsible for the recurring pain.

Tension headaches, migraines, heat- or light-sensitive headaches, sinus headaches, sharp frontal pain, and recurring headache patterns.

Khabir uses his knowledge of Ayurveda and years of experience to address insomnia, difficulty falling asleep, frequent nighttime waking, early waking, restless sleep, and an overactive mind before bed. Because poor sleep can have many causes, the main reason for the sleep disturbance should be identified first—including stress, anxiety, digestive problems, late meals, stimulants, irregular sleep habits, internal heat, or nervous-system exhaustion.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, insomnia commonly involves Vata, producing mental activity, worry, restlessness, and light sleep, or Pitta, which may cause internal heat, irritability, and waking during the night. Treatment therefore begins by correcting the factors keeping the nervous system active. This may include stopping or reducing coffee, black tea, nicotine, chocolate, or other stimulants, improving meal timing and digestion, establishing a consistent bedtime, and using calming evening practices.

Ayurveda and traditional herbal medicine offer several strong sleep formulas and sedating herbal teas, allowing Khabir to select treatment based on whether the main problem is falling asleep, staying asleep, internal heat, anxiety, or persistent insomnia. More difficult cases may require a stronger tea together with one or more targeted herbal formulas, while milder sleep problems may need only a tea and changes in routine.

Khabir may also recommend magnesium, B vitamins, calcium, zinc, or other nutritional supplements he does not sell when appropriate. The goal is to restore deeper, more continuous sleep while correcting habits and underlying imbalances that interfere with normal sleep.

Difficulty falling asleep, waking during the night, early waking, light sleep, restless sleep, and an overactive mind at bedtime.

Khabir uses his knowledge of Ayurveda and years of experience to address frequent urination, nocturnal urination, bladder infections, urinary discomfort, swelling, weak urine flow, kidney stones, and concerns related to poor kidney function. Because kidney and bladder problems can come from very different causes, the underlying pattern should be identified first, including fluid retention, infection, diet, hydration, medication use, circulation, blood pressure, and other contributing factors.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, urinary problems may involve Vata weakness or irregularity, Kapha congestion and fluid retention, accumulated toxins (Ama), poor circulation, or depletion of the kidney and urinary tissues. Treatment may therefore include dietary changes, hydration guidance, reducing excess sodium and processed foods, improving elimination, and addressing swelling or urinary irritation according to the individual case.

More persistent kidney and bladder problems often require several stages of herbal treatment rather than one simple product. Khabir may use targeted Ayurvedic formulas and teas for kidney and bladder cleansing, urinary flow, swelling, nighttime urination, stone-related concerns, or recurring urinary irritation, with additional formulas when kidney function, fluid retention, or blood pressure also need attention.

Khabir may also recommend nutritional supplements, home remedies, or other products he does not sell when appropriate. The goal is to improve urinary function, reduce symptoms such as swelling or frequent urination, and address the factors placing continued stress on the kidneys and bladder.

Frequent urination, nighttime urination, bladder infections, urinary discomfort, swelling, weak urine flow, and poor kidney function.

Khabir uses his knowledge of Ayurveda and years of experience to address fatty liver, sluggish bile flow, gallbladder congestion, difficulty digesting fats, gallstones, liver-related fatigue, hormonal imbalance, and unhealthy cholesterol or triglyceride patterns. Because liver and gallbladder problems can develop from several different causes, the main contributing factors should be identified first, including diet, alcohol use, medications, weight, digestion, metabolic imbalance, and chemical exposure.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, these conditions commonly involve Ama (toxin accumulation), sluggish bile flow, excess Pitta heat, Kapha congestion, or weak digestive function. Treatment therefore often begins with specific dietary changes, reducing processed and heavy foods, improving fat digestion, supporting healthy elimination, and reducing the overall burden on the liver and gallbladder.

Khabir may then select targeted Ayurvedic liver formulas, bitters, detox formulas, and herbal teas according to whether the main pattern is fatty liver, weak digestion, excess heat, congestion, or poor bile flow. More involved cases may require several products used in stages, rather than one general liver cleanse.

When appropriate, Khabir may also recommend nutritional supplements, home remedies, or outside products he does not sell. The goal is to improve digestion and bile flow, reduce liver congestion, support healthier metabolism and blood fats, and address the dietary and metabolic factors contributing to the problem.

Fatty liver, sluggish bile flow, gallbladder congestion, difficulty digesting fats, gallstones, liver-related fatigue, and unhealthy blood fat levels.

Khabir uses his knowledge of Ayurveda and years of experience to address low libido, erectile difficulty, premature ejaculation, reduced stamina, prostate enlargement, low sperm count, poor reproductive vitality, and age-related decline in male sexual function. Because these concerns can arise from different causes, the main contributing factors should be identified first, including stress, fatigue, circulation, hormonal changes, prostate health, sleep, diet, and overall depletion.

Ayurveda has a long tradition of male rejuvenation and reproductive herbal formulas designed to strengthen vitality, nourish the reproductive tissues, improve circulation, and support healthy sexual function. Depending on the individual pattern, Khabir may use one or more established Ayurvedic formulas together with a targeted herbal tea, especially when low energy, prostate concerns, or reproductive weakness are also present.

Treatment may also include specific dietary changes, better sleep, stress reduction, exercise, circulation support, and nutritional supplementation when appropriate. Khabir may recommend outside products or supplements he does not sell, including traditional foods or nutrients used to support male vitality.

The goal is to improve libido, stamina, reproductive strength, and sexual performance while addressing the physical and lifestyle factors contributing to the problem.

Low libido, erectile difficulty, premature ejaculation, low stamina, prostate enlargement, low sperm count, and age-related decline in male vitality.

Khabir uses his knowledge of Ayurveda and years of experience to address poor memory, forgetfulness, brain fog, reduced concentration, mental fatigue, confusion, and age-related cognitive decline. Because memory problems can have many causes, the main contributing factors should be identified first, including nutritional deficiencies, poor circulation, chronic stress, inflammation, lack of sleep, inactivity, and overall depletion.

Ayurveda has a long tradition of brain and memory formulas known as Medhya Rasayanas, using herbs and preparations intended to nourish the mind, improve clarity, and support memory and concentration. Khabir may recommend a targeted herbal tea, Ayurvedic brain formula, medicated ghee, or a combination of these depending on the severity and individual pattern.

Treatment may also include dietary improvements, better hydration, regular activity to improve circulation, adequate sleep, stress reduction, and nutritional supplementation. When appropriate, Khabir may recommend B vitamins, vitamin D, omega-3 oils, or other supplements he does not sell.

The goal is to improve mental clarity, concentration, memory retention, and overall brain function while addressing the factors contributing to cognitive weakness.

Poor memory, forgetfulness, brain fog, reduced focus, mental fatigue, confusion, and age-related cognitive decline.

Khabir uses his knowledge of Ayurveda and years of experience to address neuropathy, nerve pain, burning or tingling sensations, numbness, nerve weakness, nerve damage, tremors, and related neurological tension. Because nerve symptoms may result from very different causes, the underlying condition and contributing factors should be identified first, including circulation, blood sugar imbalance, nutritional deficiencies, injury, inflammation, medication effects, and nervous-system depletion.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, many nerve disorders involve a significant Vata imbalance, with dryness, degeneration, irregular nerve signaling, pain, tremors, or weakness. Treatment may focus on nourishing and calming the nervous system, improving circulation, reducing inflammation, and rebuilding depleted tissues rather than treating every type of nerve complaint the same way.

More persistent nerve problems may require several forms of treatment together, including targeted Ayurvedic herbal formulas, nerve-supportive teas, medicated oils, massage or topical applications, and dietary changes. Khabir may also recommend nutritional supplements or outside products he does not sell, particularly when deficiencies or poor nerve nutrition appear to be contributing.

The goal is to reduce nerve pain and irritation, improve sensation and circulation, calm tremors or neurological tension, and support stronger nerve function over time.

Neuropathy, nerve pain, burning or tingling, numbness, nerve damage, tremors, weakness, and neurological tension.

Khabir uses his knowledge of Ayurveda and years of experience to address hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, thinning hair, sleep disturbance, irritability, mood changes, weight gain, low motivation, and other menopausal symptoms. Because menopause affects each woman differently, the dominant symptoms, constitution, hormonal changes, digestion, sleep, stress level, and current doshic imbalance should be identified first.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, menopause may involve Vata, causing dryness, anxiety, restlessness, and insomnia; Pitta, causing hot flashes, night sweats, irritability, and excess heat; or Kapha, contributing to weight gain, water retention, sluggish metabolism, and low energy. Treatment is therefore selected according to the individual pattern rather than using the same menopause protocol for everyone.

Khabir may recommend one or more established Ayurvedic female formulas, hormone-balancing teas, cooling herbs, medicated ghee, and specific dietary changes. More persistent cases may also require separate support for sleep, stress, digestion, dryness, or metabolism. Nutritional supplementation and outside products Khabir does not sell may also be recommended when appropriate.

The goal is to reduce disruptive menopausal symptoms, improve sleep and emotional balance, address dryness and excess heat, and help the body adjust more comfortably to the hormonal transition.

Hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, sleep problems, mood changes, thinning hair, weight gain, and low energy during menopause

Khabir uses his knowledge of Ayurveda and years of experience to address joint pain, arthritis, muscle pain, chronic inflammation, fibromyalgia-type pain, nerve discomfort, swelling, and recurring inflammatory pain. Because pain can come from very different causes, the type, location, pattern, severity, and underlying contributors should be identified first, including inflammation, injury, circulation, digestion, stress, toxin accumulation, and other health conditions.

Ayurveda distinguishes pain according to the pattern involved: Vata pain may be sharp, shooting, migrating, or associated with stiffness; Pitta pain is more likely to feel hot, burning, red, or inflamed; and Kapha pain may be dull, heavy, swollen, or congested. Khabir uses these differences to choose a more specific treatment rather than relying on one general pain remedy.

More persistent pain and inflammation often require several parts of treatment working together. Khabir may recommend one or more targeted Ayurvedic formulas, anti-inflammatory or pain-relieving teas, dietary changes, digestive or liver support, topical oils, massage, heat or other home remedies, depending on the condition and pain pattern. Nutritional supplements such as magnesium, turmeric, omega-3 oils, or other products he does not sell may also be recommended when appropriate.

The goal is to reduce pain and inflammation, improve movement and comfort, and address the underlying factors that keep the condition recurring or becoming chronic.

Joint pain, arthritis, muscle pain, inflammation, fibromyalgia-type pain, nerve pain, swelling, and chronic inflammatory discomfort.

Khabir uses his knowledge of Ayurveda and years of experience to address PMS, painful menstrual cramps, irregular menstruation, excessive or absent menstrual bleeding, bloating, breast tenderness, mood changes, and uterine growths. Because these concerns can arise from different hormonal, nutritional, inflammatory, and structural causes, the main pattern and contributing factors should be identified first.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, menstrual problems may involve Vata irregularity and cramping, Pitta heat and inflammation, or Kapha congestion and tissue buildup. Diet, stress, sleep, digestion, blood sugar balance, and overall hormonal patterns can all influence symptoms, so Khabir adjusts the approach according to the individual woman rather than using one standard protocol.

For straightforward PMS, a targeted herbal tea or female balancing formula may be enough. More persistent problems—such as very heavy bleeding, long-term cycle irregularity, or uterine growths—may require treatment in stages using several Ayurvedic formulas, supplemental teas, dietary changes, and other supportive measures. Khabir may also recommend magnesium, B vitamins, flaxseed, or other nutritional supplements he does not sell when appropriate.

The goal is to reduce cramps, bloating, mood changes, and menstrual discomfort while improving cycle regularity and addressing the hormonal and Ayurvedic imbalances contributing to the problem.

PMS, painful cramps, irregular periods, heavy bleeding, absent periods, bloating, mood changes, and uterine growths.

Khabir uses his knowledge of Ayurveda and years of experience to address dry cough, chronic mucus, lung congestion, respiratory allergies, wheezing, breathlessness, and difficulty breathing. Because respiratory symptoms can have very different causes, the main pattern should be identified first, especially whether the lungs are dry and irritated, congested with mucus, affected by allergies, or aggravated by digestion, stress, or environmental triggers.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, respiratory problems often involve Kapha congestion and mucus, Vata dryness and spasmodic coughing, or Pitta heat and irritation. Weak digestion can also contribute by increasing Ama and mucus formation. Treatment may therefore include reducing mucus-forming foods, improving digestion, hydration, nasal cleansing, breathing practices, and removing environmental or dietary aggravators.

Herbal treatment is selected according to the respiratory pattern. Khabir may recommend a dry-cough formula, mucus-clearing formula, lung decongestant tea, medicated ghee, or a combination of these when symptoms are more persistent. Nutritional support such as vitamin C or other supplements he does not sell may also be recommended when appropriate.

The goal is to reduce coughing and congestion, improve airflow and breathing comfort, and address the digestive, allergic, inflammatory, or mucus-producing factors contributing to recurring respiratory symptoms.

Dry cough, lung congestion, excess mucus, respiratory allergies, wheezing, breathlessness, and difficulty breathing

Khabir uses his knowledge of Ayurveda and years of experience to address chronic dry skin, dry patches, rashes, itching, inflamed skin conditions, skin allergies, redness, and recurring skin irritation. Because skin problems can have many different causes, the underlying pattern and contributing factors should be identified first, including diet, digestion, allergies, hormonal changes, liver function, elimination, environmental exposure, and products being used on the skin.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, skin conditions may involve Pitta heat and inflammation, Vata dryness and cracking, Kapha congestion, accumulated Ama, or poor elimination. Treatment often works best from both directions—internally and externally—with dietary changes, improved digestion and elimination, and reducing foods or habits that repeatedly aggravate the skin.

Depending on the condition, Khabir may recommend one or more Ayurvedic herbal formulas and supplemental teas for skin, liver, blood, digestion, or allergy patterns. More persistent cases may require treatment in stages. He may also recommend natural oils, soaps, topical products, household skin remedies, or other products available online that he does not sell when he has found them useful for that type of skin problem.

The goal is to calm active itching, dryness, redness, and inflammation while addressing the internal and external factors responsible for recurring skin problems.

Dry skin, chronic dry patches, rashes, itching, inflamed skin, skin allergies, redness, and recurring skin irritation.

Khabir uses his knowledge of Ayurveda and years of experience to address excess body fat, stubborn belly fat, slow metabolism, difficult weight loss, sugar cravings, emotional eating, and weight gain associated with hormonal or thyroid changes. Because weight gain can come from very different causes, the main reason a person is gaining or unable to lose weight should be identified first, including diet, eating habits, digestion, metabolism, stress, sleep, hormones, liver function, blood sugar patterns, and activity level.

For weight loss, diet and eating habits are the foundation of treatment. Khabir does not use one standard diet for everyone. Recommendations are individualized according to body type (dosha), digestion, current imbalance, food preferences, meal timing, portion size, cravings, and the person’s other health concerns. The goal is to create a practical way of eating that improves metabolism without starvation or an unnecessarily restrictive diet.

Herbal support is selected according to the reason for the weight gain. Khabir may recommend a metabolism or weight-loss tea, an Ayurvedic formula for belly fat or heaviness, blood-sugar support, digestive herbs, or liver support when fatty liver or sluggish metabolism is part of the picture. Some people may need several products, while a person mainly needing appetite or craving control may require only a targeted tea.

Nutritional supplementation and other products Khabir does not sell may also be recommended when deficiencies, low energy, or metabolic problems are contributing. The goal is to reduce excess body fat while correcting the diet, eating habits, digestive and metabolic factors that caused the weight gain in the first place.

Excess body fat, belly fat, slow metabolism, stubborn weight gain, sugar cravings, and weight related to thyroid or hormonal changes

Khabir uses his knowledge of Ayurveda and years of experience to address intestinal Candida overgrowth, recurring vaginal yeast infections, fungal skin problems, oral thrush, bloating, digestive disturbance, and other yeast-related symptoms. Because Candida can develop for different reasons, the main contributing factors should be identified first, including frequent sugar intake, repeated antibiotic use, weak digestion, poor bile flow, sluggish elimination, and other factors that allow yeast to repeatedly return.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, Candida often develops when digestion (Agni) is weak, toxins (Ama) accumulate, and the digestive environment becomes favorable to overgrowth. The symptoms can also vary according to the doshas, with Vata contributing to gas, anxiety, or irregular digestion; Pitta to heat, irritation, or burning; and Kapha to heaviness, mucus, and sluggishness.

Treatment does not always require an extreme or highly restrictive diet. Khabir usually focuses on reducing sugar and unnecessary snacking, strengthening digestion, improving elimination, and using targeted antifungal herbs. More persistent cases may require a Candida formula together with an antifungal tea, digestive support, and sometimes liver or colon support in stages.

Khabir may also recommend probiotics, nutritional supplements, topical products, or other outside products he does not sell when appropriate. The goal is to reduce the current yeast overgrowth while correcting the digestive and dietary factors that allow it to keep returning.

Intestinal yeast overgrowth, vaginal yeast infections, skin yeast, oral thrush, bloating, sugar cravings, and recurring fungal problems.

Choosing the Right Appointment

How Much Help Do You Need?

If you are dealing with a minor or occasional concern—such as hot flashes, PMS, occasional headaches, mild memory decline, constipation, poor sleep, or another limited issue—a 30-minute Product Recommendations & Guidance appointment may be enough to identify appropriate herbal formulas, teas, or other products.

If your main concern is weight, digestion, or learning which foods are most appropriate for your body type and current imbalance, the 60-minute Ayurvedic Diet Guidelines appointment may be sufficient and focuses specifically on personalized dietary recommendations.

If you have multiple significant health concerns, such as high blood pressure together with high blood sugar, or one advanced or complex condition, such as serious kidney dysfunction, a Complete Initial Health Consultation is more appropriate. This allows time for a full assessment and a more complete treatment plan that may include dietary guidelines, herbal recommendations, home remedies, lifestyle changes, nutritional supplementation, and other individualized recommendations.
