1. Corporate Transition Notice

Effective October 1, 2025, all assets of the former sole proprietorship known as Khabir’s Clinic—including intellectual property, client records, and goodwill—were sold and transferred as follows:

Consulting and educational operations were transferred to Khabir’s Health Consulting, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Filing ID #2025-001767769).
All intellectual property, domains, and digital content were transferred to Khabir’s Intellectual Property, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

The former Khabir’s Clinic sole proprietorship was fully dissolved and no longer exists after October 1, 2025.
All current activities operate exclusively under these registered limited liability companies.

This transition was completed to ensure continued compliance with applicable state and federal law.

2. Website Ownership & Operation

The website KhabirsHealthConsulting.com is owned by Khabir’s Intellectual Property, LLC and operated under license by Khabir’s Health Consulting, LLC.

Legacy Domain & Branding
KhabirsClinic.com is a legacy domain retained for continuity and redirects to KhabirsHealthConsulting.com.

3. Business Location & Jurisdiction

Khabir’s Health Consulting, LLC (“KHC”) is domiciled in the State of Wyoming and conducts all operations online.

KHC maintains no physical clinic, medical facility, or public-facing healthcare location in any U.S. state.
All consultations are provided remotely (online/telephone).
All contracts, agreements, and terms are governed by Wyoming law.

4. In-Person Services

As of October 1, 2025, KHC does not provide or schedule in-person appointments in any U.S. state.

5. Operational Structure

Khabir’s Health Consulting, LLC (KHC) maintains no leased office space, employees, or staff located in the USA. Operations are based in India.
All administrative and client-support functions are performed remotely from India.

8. Scope of Services

KHC provides educational and informational services only, including:

Traditional herbal and Ayurvedic education
Nutritional and lifestyle guidance
Instruction in historical and traditional natural-health practices

All consultations are conducted remotely via Zoom, phone, or email.

Khabir Southwick is not a licensed medical doctor, physician, or mental-health professional in any jurisdiction.
Services provided are not a substitute for professional medical care.

9. Relationship to Product Company

KHC does not manufacture, sell, or distribute herbal products.

All products referenced during consultations are sold exclusively by Khabir’s Herbal Products, LLC, a Texas-registered limited liability company operating independently.

Product invoicing, payments, and fulfillment are handled solely by Khabir’s Herbal Products, LLC.
Consulting fees are processed solely by Khabir’s Health Consulting, LLC.
The two companies maintain separate banking, accounting, and invoicing systems.
KHC receives no commission, percentage, or revenue share from product sales.

By using this website or booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree that:
