Remote Appointments via Zoom
Appointments are conducted via Zoom (or phone) and range from 30 to 120 minutes, depending on your needs. Any recommended products are optional and paid separately. Products can be shipped anywhere in the USA and to most international locations.
New Client Services

Initial Remote Appointment with Khabir: $150 — 90 minutes (new clients or returning after two years)*
Extended Initial Zoom Appointment: $175 — 2 hours (for more complex cases)

Payment Terms
Prior to your appointment, an invoice will be emailed to you, which allows you to pay online by credit card, including American Express and Diners Club. We do not accept PayPal. Please see below for details on paying by check.
If you have any difficulty paying online for your appointment, please call the office and we can take your card number by phone. We do not write down or keep your credit card information ourselves. It is entered directly into the invoice system, and card payments are processed securely through Stripe. Our company and staff can only see the last 4 digits of your card and the expiration date.
Even if your card information is already saved, an invoice will still be sent to you first, and you must approve the amount by email or text before any charge is made. We do not run any invoice until you have seen and approved the amount.
Payment is required prior to your appointment unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Paying by Check: Payment may be made by mailed check with a copy of the invoice included. Once payment is received and recorded in our system, your appointment will be marked paid.
Discounts: Please notify the office when scheduling your appointment, or as soon as possible afterward, if you are age 65 or older and would like to request the senior discount of 10% off products and services. Clients experiencing financial hardship may also request a discount before the appointment is paid.
Product Recommendations
There is no requirement to purchase any products. If you wish to add, remove, or decline any recommended products, that is entirely your choice. Product recommendations are optional, and all product purchases are fully up to the client.
