Remote Appointments via Zoom
Appointments are conducted via Zoom (or phone) and range from 30 to 120 minutes, depending on your needs. Any recommended products are optional and paid separately. Products can be shipped to most international locations; please check with support for details.
Initial and Stand-Alone Appointments
Product Recommendations & Guidance: $65 — 30 minutes (details of service)
Ayurvedic Diet Guidelines: $95 — 60 minutes (details of service)
Complete Initial Health Consultation: $165 — 90–120 minutes (details of service) (required for new clients and clients returning after two years)*
Complete Initial Health Consultation — Extended: $190 — 2–3 hours (details of service) (recommended for multiple or complex health concerns)
Initial Consultation + 1-Hour Follow-Up Package: $215 (regularly $245 — save $30)

Returning Client Appointments
Standard Follow-Up Appointment on Zoom: $80 — 1 hour
Short Follow-Up Appointment on Zoom: $55 — 30 minutes (available to returning clients only; please read the service details before booking)
Please note: Clients returning after two years must schedule a new Complete Initial Health Consultation before receiving follow-up appointments.

Discount Packages
- Initial Consultation + Three 1-Hour Follow-Up Appointments: $345 (regularly $405 — save $60)
- Four 1-Hour Follow-Up Appointments: $260 (regularly $320 — save $60; $65 per appointment)

How Much Help Do You Need?
For one minor or occasional concern, choose the 30-minute Product Recommendations & Guidance appointment.
For personalized food guidance focused on weight or digestion, choose the 60-minute Ayurvedic Diet Guidelines appointment.
For several significant concerns or one complex concern, choose the Complete Initial Health Consultation for a broader assessment and individualized guidance on diet, herbs, home remedies, and lifestyle.

Payment Terms
Before your appointment, we will email you an invoice for online credit card payment, including American Express and Diners Club. We do not accept PayPal. Please see below for check payment details.
If you have difficulty paying online, please call the office for help paying by phone. Your card information is entered directly into the Stripe invoice system. We do not write down or keep your full card information. Staff can see only the last four digits and expiration date.
If your card information is already saved, we will still email you an invoice first. We will charge the card only after you approve the amount by email or text.
Payment is due before your appointment unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Paying by Check: You may mail a check with a copy of the invoice. Once we receive and record payment, your appointment will be marked paid.
Discounts: Please notify the office when scheduling, or as soon as possible afterward, if you are age 65 or older and would like to request the 10% senior discount on products and appointments. Clients experiencing financial hardship may also request a discount before paying for the appointment.
Product Recommendations
You are not required to purchase any recommended products. You may add, remove, or decline any products; all purchases are entirely your choice.
