Text Support Eligibility, Coverage and Limitations
- Appointment requirement: Before enrolling in text support, the subscriber must have completed either one Complete Initial Health Consultation or both a Product Recommendations & Guidance appointment and an Ayurvedic Diet Guidelines appointment.
- One subscriber: Text support is provided only to the individual named on the subscription. It cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
- Existing recommendations: Text support primarily covers recommendations previously made during your appointments, including your diet, herbal products, home remedies and existing treatment plan.
- Product questions: You may ask focused questions about products you have purchased, including how to prepare them, when to take them, how many cups to drink and whether the suggested amount may need adjustment.
- New conditions: Text support does not include a complete assessment or treatment plan for a new health condition, significant new symptom or major change in your health. These concerns generally require a follow-up appointment.
- New product recommendations: Khabir generally cannot evaluate a new condition or create an entirely new herbal program through text messages. Simple questions concerning minor, short-term concerns may be answered at Khabir’s discretion.
- No advice for other people: The subscription cannot be used to obtain health, treatment or product recommendations for children, relatives, friends or other people. Each person who wants direct text support must purchase a separate Individual Text Support Plan.
- Brief questions: Text support is intended for focused questions that can reasonably be answered through a short exchange. Questions requiring extensive discussion, research or a new assessment may require an appointment.
- Text messages only: The plan does not include telephone calls, video calls or appointments. Appointments must be scheduled and purchased separately.
- Messages may be sent anytime: Messages are received through the support system and do not go directly to Khabir’s personal telephone.
- Response times: Most questions are answered during the same day, although some replies may come later in the evening. Weekend responses may take longer, and specific response times are not guaranteed.
- Outside materials: Text support does not include reviewing outside articles, videos, documents, lengthy reports or website links.
- Non-urgent support: Text support must not be used for emergencies, urgent medical situations or concerns requiring immediate medical attention.
