Individualized Ayurvedic Health Consulting

── ❖ ──

Every appointment with Khabir is shaped by your health history, constitution, current imbalances, and careful observation. Drawing on decades of experience, he combines Ayurveda, traditional herbalism, dietary guidance, and natural self-care into practical recommendations for your individual needs.

The six areas below are not separate programs. They are the core elements that may be included in your consultation according to your health conditions and needs.

Traditional Ayurvedic Consulting

Traditional Ayurvedic Consulting is Khabir’s primary service, personally provided by Zoom. Each consultation combines a detailed health history with traditional observation of the face, tongue, eyes, skin, digestion, energy, daily routines, and lifestyle. Khabir considers your Prakriti (natural constitution) and Vikriti (current imbalance) when developing individualized guidance for food, herbs, daily routines, and lifestyle changes.

A Whole-Person Approach: The focus is on understanding the underlying imbalance and providing practical, individualized guidance—not offering quick or generic solutions.

Traditional Ayurvedic Herbalism
Herbal Recommendations
Traditional Ayurvedic herbs and herbal preparations

As a Master Herbalist and credentialed Ayurvedic Herbal Pharmacist, Khabir personally selects recommendations according to your constitution, dosha imbalance, digestion, symptoms, and health concerns. He draws from more than 300 traditional Ayurvedic formulas that he makes or imports from India. If an existing formula does not match the specific way a condition is presenting, he can create a custom formula according to traditional Ayurvedic principles.

Traditional Herbal Formulation: Dravyaguna explains the qualities and actions of individual herbs, while Bhaishajya Kalpana is the Ayurvedic art and science of preparing and combining them into balanced formulas.

AI-Supported Ayurvedic Diet & Meal Planning

Khabir personally develops individualized dietary guidance based on your Prakriti (natural constitution), Vikriti (current imbalance), Agni (digestive strength), health conditions, and food reactions. AI-supported tools help organize his recommendations into practical food lists, meal ideas, eating times, and daily routines. The recommendations come from Khabir—not from AI.

Ayurvedic Diet Therapy: This traditional use of food as part of treatment is known as Ahara Chikitsa.

Naturopathic & Traditional Home Remedies

Consultations may include personalized home remedies drawn from Ayurvedic and traditional naturopathic practice. Recommendations may involve kitchen herbs and spices, simple herbal preparations, oils, compresses, steam, bathing practices, and other forms of traditional self-care. Khabir selects remedies according to your constitution, health conditions, season, and daily routine so they remain practical and easy to use at home.

Daily and Seasonal Care: Ayurveda calls a supportive daily routine Dinacharya and seasonal adjustment Ritucharya.

Cleansing & Detoxification

Khabir provides personalized cleansing guidance using food, herbs, daily routines, and seasonal practices from Ayurveda and traditional naturopathy. Recommendations may support digestion, regular elimination, liver function, lymphatic movement, and urinary health. The approach is gentle, properly timed, and selected according to your constitution and health conditions—not based on aggressive or one-size-fits-all detox programs.

Ayurvedic Cleansing: The primary goals are to strengthen Agni (digestive capacity), reduce Ama (metabolic waste), and support the body’s natural channels of elimination.

Traditional Health Assessment & Observation

Khabir’s traditional assessment combines detailed questioning with observation of the face, tongue, eyes, skin, posture, voice, digestion, energy, daily habits, and health history. These methods help identify your Prakriti (natural constitution) and Vikriti (current imbalance). The findings guide personalized recommendations for food, herbs, daily routines, lifestyle, and seasonal care.

Traditional Ayurvedic Methods: This process uses Darshana (careful observation) and Prashna (detailed questioning) to understand the whole person—not only the name of a health condition.
