1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms govern your use of KhabirsHealthConsulting.com and the educational consulting services provided by Khabir’s Health Consulting, LLC (“KHC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using this website, submitting a form, or booking a consultation, you acknowledge these Terms. This website and its services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older.

2. Corporate Transition and Website Ownership

Effective October 1, 2025, the consulting and educational operations of the former Khabir’s Clinic sole proprietorship were transferred to Khabir’s Health Consulting, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

The former sole proprietorship was dissolved and no longer operates. KhabirsClinic.com is retained only as a legacy domain and redirects visitors to KhabirsHealthConsulting.com.

KhabirsHealthConsulting.com and its intellectual property are owned by Khabir’s Intellectual Property, LLC and operated under license by Khabir’s Health Consulting, LLC.

3. Business Location and Remote Operations

Khabir’s Health Consulting, LLC is a Wyoming company with its corporate and mailing office in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Administrative and customer-support staff who communicate with clients by telephone, text, or email are based in Kerala, India. KHC has no employees or staff based in California or Texas.

Khabir may conduct remote Zoom consultations while located in California, Texas, or other locations. All consultations are remote. KHC does not maintain a public-facing clinic or medical facility, and no in-person appointments are offered.

4. Scope of Services

KHC provides educational and informational services based on traditional Ayurveda, herbal education, nutrition, diet, lifestyle guidance, and historical natural-health practices.

Consultations are conducted remotely by Zoom. Telephone, text, and email may be used for scheduling, forms, customer support, and clarification of existing educational recommendations.

6. Client Responsibility

By using the website or booking a consultation, you acknowledge that:

• The services and information provided are educational.
• You remain responsible for your own health decisions.
• No specific result or outcome is promised or guaranteed.
• You will seek licensed medical care for diagnosis, prescriptions, medical treatment, emergencies, or serious symptoms.
• You will not use KHC’s services to replace emergency, medical, psychiatric, or crisis care.

7. Herbal Products and Traditional-Use Information

KHC does not manufacture, sell, distribute, invoice, or fulfill herbal products. Products referenced during educational consultations are sold separately by Khabir’s Herbal Products, LLC.

Consulting payments are processed by KHC. Product payments and fulfillment are handled independently by the product company. KHC receives no commission, percentage, or revenue share from product sales.

Herbal information reflects historical Ayurvedic and Western herbal traditions and is provided for educational purposes. Statements concerning herbal products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

8. Texas Legal Compliance

Consultation services are not available to any individual who is physically located in the State of Texas at the time of the appointment.

Khabir Southwick is not licensed to practice medicine in the State of Texas.

9. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, educational materials, designs, branding, downloads, and other original content on this website are owned by or licensed to Khabir’s Intellectual Property, LLC.

Website content may be viewed for personal, noncommercial use. It may not be copied, republished, sold, distributed, altered, or used commercially without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

This website may link to independent scheduling, payment, Zoom, product, communication, or other third-party services. Those services operate under their own policies and terms.

KHC is not responsible for the content, availability, security, products, or privacy practices of independently operated third-party websites and services.

11. No Warranties or Guaranteed Results

Educational information and services are provided in good faith without a promise or guarantee of a particular result. Individual experiences vary.

To the extent permitted by law, KHC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from reliance on educational information, website interruptions, third-party services, or unauthorized use of website content.

12. Privacy and SMS Communications

Collection and use of personal information, SMS consent, text-message terms, and opt-out instructions are explained in our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms of Service .

13. Governing Law and General Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Subject to applicable law, venue for disputes will be in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

We may update these Terms periodically. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
