Support Plans are commitments to your health — proactive support for those who are serious about improving and maintaining their health.

Essential Terms (Applies to All Support Plans)

A valid credit card is required to enroll.
Support Plans are billed monthly on the same calendar day and renew automatically unless canceled.
You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Plan fees are non-refundable, except in cases of billing or booking errors.
Any included monthly Zoom follow-up appointments (where applicable) must be used within the current billing period and do not roll over.
Priority booking provides access to select appointment times that may not be available to the public, including select evening and limited weekend availability.
Text and message support is for non-urgent questions only; response times are not guaranteed.
Product discounts do not apply to custom formulas, encapsulation fees, shipping, or certain imported products.

Family Member Appointment Discount – Terms

Applies to immediate family members of the Premium Support Plan holder.
Family members must be part of the same household.
Discount applies to appointments only (not products or plans).
Valid only while the Premium Support Plan is active.
Cannot be combined with other appointment discounts or promotions.
Non-transferable.
