Remote Appointments via Zoom
Appointments are conducted via Zoom (or phone) and range from 30 to 120 minutes, depending on your needs. Any recommended products are optional and paid separately. Products can be shipped anywhere in the USA and to most international locations.
Appointment Types & Fees
- Initial Appointment: $145 — 90 minutes (new clients or returning after two years)*
- Follow-up Appointment: $75 — 60 minutes (less than two years since previous appointment)
- Follow-up Appointment: $55 — 30 minutes (questions about an existing plan; no new topics)

Discount Packages (Zoom)
- One initial + one follow-up: $195 (save $25)

Family Appointments
Many families share similar goals or prefer to implement changes together. Family appointments are available, and each person can receive individualized guidance within the same overall plan.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 charge. Exceptions may be made for emergencies.
Product Recommendations
Teas, herbal formulas, spices, oils, and other products are not included in consulting fees unless stated. We use high-quality, ethically sourced, pure, and organic herbs. Herbal product costs generally range as follows: $18–$20 for a bag of cut & sifted tea; $29–$39 for a bag of powdered herbs; and $15 for 4 oz herbal oils. Prices may vary based on ingredient costs.
Insurance
We do not bill insurance directly; however, we can provide a detailed receipt that you may submit to your provider if your plan covers nutrition or complementary wellness visits. We do not bill Medicare.
